| Hi, today I tried to upgrade my Apple Remote Desktop 2.0 to 2.1. Everything was just fine until I had to typ in my registration key again. All the sudden it didn't work. Okay, looked some pages up in the internet and there were several problems just like that. Because you are not able to deinstall an upgrade I deleted the entire program and removed so other files with the terminal like I was told by the Apple supports Website. After I reinstalled the old ARD 2.0 and typing in my registration key that worked again the program wanted to install some other packets. After that it tried to optimize the volume but it stopped working after 5% even if it told me "The upgrade was successful". After restarting ARD same thing happend again. Tried to install the packets and stopped after 5%. Does somebody has an advice, a hint, or something to help me? Lars K.
