Help transfering Windows Quicken data to MAC Quicken

I have a lot of quicken (2004) data on my pc. I want to migrate all the info to Quicken 2005 for Mac but I'm having a hard time figuring out what file are needed. I would like to get all my transactions and my categories.

I have tried caopying all the Q files, the .qdf file, a .qif file, all not no avail.

Please help as I really need this data and it is way too much to reenter.

Calvin

Go to http://www.intuit.com

Click on the Support tab. In the drop down box, choose Quicken, click Go.
Next Page choose Quicken for Windows 2004, type MAC in the search box, click Go.click Go.

I would have put the link to the page here, but it's not working with that string.

Well I thought that was going to put me on the right track. But when I attempt to import into Quicken 2005 for mac it says the resulting .qif (or .txt) file isnt a quicken data file or it is greyed out and unselectable.

Frustrating as crap. They want 24.95 for a support call and they arent even open on saturdays.
