Toast Titanium wont run on 10.2.8

I am using Mac OS X.2.8 on my iMac DV+ 450Mhz Ever since I upgraded from Jaguar to Panther I am unable to launch Toast Titanium. I had tried to reinstall it but it doesn't work. Any suggestions on what may be wrong?
