| I keep getting a flash periodically on my monitor. I am wondering if I may have some spyware installed. I am running 10.3.8. How can I detect this? There are lots of "spyware" sites but all related to PC. I am aware that SpectorSoft makes one for the Mac but I do not know how to detect it. |

| maybe you have by accident activated the flash thing that notifies people with low hearing (like a system beep). you can access these controls through System Preferences.
