iWork Pages help

Just started using pages on my mac and I can't figure out how to delete pages from a document. Help!

DeltaMac will become famous soon enough

It's not a straightforward process yet. Just delete all text on the page, and delete any graphics, and the page will disappear. Maybe an upcoming update to Pages will provide that easily.
