how do i connect tiger to wanadoo thru a pc?

I have a PC and a Mac G4 (running Tiger) in my flat. I have connected the PC to wireless internet with wanadoo, and now I'm attempting to connect my Mac to it, using a cable to the PC. (Bear with me, I'm not the most technically minded person). The wanadoo site tells me to insert the cd, and double click on the disc, then click on the wanadoo logo, etc etc. When I put the cd in, none of these icons are there, just a load of files the mac doesn't know how to open. HELP!!! I've tried to find the SpeedTouchUSB file thing on the cd, to no avail. Wanadoo's site only mentions Panther, not Tiger, and I'm well and truly stumped. I know it's probably obvious, but I'm a bit of a novice. Please help!
