Remote Desktop going into non-active use

I've had this happen and have talked to other people who have had this happen.

If multiple people are logged into a Mac, if an admin takes control ARD might go into a non-active user's home directory (desktop).

Is there anyway to force Apple Remote Desktop to log on as a specific user?
