I'm running iTunes 7.4.2 and have little success loading album artwork. According to the iTunes calculation, I have several thousand artwork album to load. When I click on Get Album Artwork, it starts loading the artwork. However, the problem is this: the process stalls before all the artwork is loaded. I'm wondering if the process is interrupted when the computer goes to sleep or when the screensaver takes over. Possible? If not that, I'm looking for any suggestions on how to complete the download process. Thanks for your help.

Have you tried turning your sleep settings off, or to 'never'? The screensaver would not likely interfere, but sleep will cause network activity to stop.

My experience has been that artwork downloads don't need to complete. You get partial results until you allow iTunes to finish the downloads. It can take quite a long time, but part of the artwork will download anytime you connect to that server.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a try.
