RAM: 32meg
RAM Enhancer: Ram Doubler 8.x
OS Version: MacOS 8.5.1
Description:
after installing netscape 4.5, an aol messenger icon appeared in the menu bar in the upper right hand corner next to the time. i tried to delete everything aol, but it persists. any way to get rid of it?

Hi Robert and welcome to No Wonder!
There is one more extension to delete - I can't remember the exact name of the file at the moment, but it has AIM in it's file name.
Use Sherlock to search your drive for an extension with AIM in it and trash it.
