how do you consistently open attachments. sometimes when I click on the "paperclip" symbol it shows a file (typically a gif, sometimes a jpg) but does not open--so how do i access it?
other times it opens right up. The problem has come from the same sender

if you are using outlook express or something like that then you have to click & hold on the paperclip then move to the name of the attachment (it should scroll down or a drop box) then put the cursor over the name and release the button - it should open then. Let me know how it goes.
