Description:
My Beatnik Plug-in has expired. On Headspace page there is a patch to download when this plug-in has expired. I have downloaded it and opened it on the beatnik plug-in to patch. I have done this after having quitted with my Netscape Communicator Pro 4.0.5. It showed "Patched Successfully". When I load again the page with Headspace and its sound, athe same window appear again saying that my beatnik plug-in has expired.
I have contacted the technical support at Headspace, but they say that it will take more than two weeks to get back to me.
My beatnik plug-in is inside the Beatnik folder, inside the plug-in folder, inside Netscape folder.
I hate to have to download again, every three months, a new plug-in because, when installed it changes the preferences in the applications preferences inside Netscape.
Please, do you have any suggestions? It worked perfectly before it expired and the patch supposedly can update the plug-in without having to uninstall it and install a new one.

I am sorry to say that no one of the NoWonder active staff knew the answer to your question within the promised time.
My advice to you is to remove all traces of the plugin from you computer - use the "Find File" application and search for the name. Thrash the files. Then reinstall a new set of the plugin. If this doesn't work you will have to ask the makers of the plug what is wrong with it.
