Hi Ran! Personally, I WOULD NOT update your BIOS, especially when there are no instructions. I can give you a basic overview, but please do not think that these are the instructions for your motherboard. If I were you, I would not flash the BIOS unless you had a really good reason to, and even then, I would let a computer vendor do it.

* Download AWDFLASH.EXE (flashing program) as well as the LXV1-5.BIN file (the actual BIOS file).
* You MAY have to move a jumper on your motherboard to enable flashing, but it depends on the brand/type. Check your motherboard manual.
* Restart your computer, press F8 when it says "Starting Windows 95...", then select "Safe Mode Command Prompt". This will take you to a plain DOS prompt. Switch to the directory containing the BIOS files you downloaded and run AWDFLASH.
* You may be given a choice to make a backup of the current BIOS. I strongly suggest you do so.
* There should also be an option to load a new BIOS from file. Choose that and enter in the file name (LXV1-5.BIN).
* After it flashes, it should give you a "BIOS successfully flashed" message. DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER IF THERE IS A PROBLEM! If something goes wrong and the BIOS is incompletely written, your computer WILL NOT be able to boot at all. This will require service from a vendor (meaning $$$).

Again, these are not the specific instructions for your motherboard...this is just an overview.

Hope this helps! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
