Description:

Scott,

I tried opening your files in several different graphics programs. I either
got errors or a blank white screen as you did. Playing with memory didn't
help. I apologize for not being able to give you an answer. Please re-post
your problem at the No Wonder website in order to give someone else a crack
at it AND post it at our Group Help/Message Board also at our website. The
message board will give EVERYONE (not just No Wonder volunteers) a chance
to look at it.

Suggestions (though these are things you have probably already tried):

Restart the computer to defragment RAM. Your memory may have become fragmented from working in other applications. Restarting will clear the system heap.

Try disabling some extensions to free up more RAM. There may be an extensions conflict.

Try opening the files in another graphics editing/viewing application such as GraphicConverter.

If you send me some of the files, I'll try to open them. Maybe I'll have some luck with them. There may be a problem with the file type/creator code.
