KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: Intermediate

PROBLEM: Software
COMPUTER TYPE: CTX
MODEL: Cyrix 166+
RAM: 32meg
OS VERSION: Windows 95
SERVICE PACK:

DESCRIPTION:

My Monitor-Screen "blinks" as Win95 loads...as if it were loading twice, or something. Also...as I'm going from page to page as I surf, the transitions are not smooth but, again, these blinks occur. For an instant, there is a "remnant" of the preceding page...as when I shut down...the blink contains a kind of "incipient" version of the Clouds Wallpaper.

Hello Gabriel, and thank you for using NoWonder!
The problem you are having sounds to me to be related to your monitors REFRESH RATE. To fix this, go to your CONTROLL PANEL, and select the icon for display. Dig around in here, and change the display rate until you get one which works best for you. This is done by trial and error, so to speak.
Thank you for using NoWonder! Tell a friend about us!

If you have any further questions, feel free to e-mail me, or NoWonder.
