how do I burn my selected photos in iphoto to a CD? In my MACOSX magazine it shows a burn icon in iphoto yet I do not have a burn icon, I only have one in idvd. I have tried everything and somehow I did manage to burn a CD read only but then my PC laptop could not read it. Help

In version 5, The burn icon can be turned on under the Share menu - OR, you can click on the Burn Disk listed under the Share menu, and burn that way. You would need at least one photo, or an album selected, for burning to be available.

unfortunately i do not have version 5 and no where is there a burn icon in any of my iphoto programme. I find it hard to believe that mac can sell a G4 computer costing me over $7000 and it is so hard to do a simple task of burning a photo CD. I have now ordered ilife and hope that will sort out my problem. Very disappointed with my MAC

I bought it with a 17" TFT screen plus 3 year assistance ( which of course is in French and my French is not that good, so ) on the 26th October 2002 in France, where I come for a few months every year to edit. Price was 6489 euro and that was not with all the Bells and Whistles.
Yes in the States everything seems to work out at least 30% cheaper. The valued added tax here is 19.6% which does not help.
