TICKET ARCHIVE -> Burning

I have tried every program trying every different method, and I still can't seem to copy DVD's in any way. Can someone please give me some instructions with a detailed description of how to burn DVD's on my Mac. I am getting frustrated and I have been trying since July with no luck. Please help!

Kristen,

Are you just trying to burn backup files to the DVD or are you trying to make a copy of a DVD movie or something?

There are different procedures for doing each one. You say you have tried multiple program, please elaborate on the ones you have used.

I am attempting to make a copy of a DVD movie, and I have tried what I believe is every program available to me. I have tried all the Toast programs, including Popcorn, MactheRipper, Fast DVD Copy, DVD2onex, and DVDBackup. If you could help me in any way I would appreciate it!

You will need to 'Rip' the dvd with Mac The Ripper, and it will put it on your hard drive.
Then you should be able to use Popcorn to burn the disc.

Exactly what problems / errors are you encountering?
