I've never come across this problem before but I was attempting to burn a cd from a disc I purchased recently.
When I tried to burn a copy it said that None of the files can be burned to a CD.
Only files that are already in the MP3 format can be burned to a CD.

Dear Jim,

My name is Vinko and I will attempt to assist you.

Please allow me to understand clearly what you are trying to accomplish.

Are you trying to make a copy of a commercial audio CD from iTunes? If not which application are you trying to do this from?

Please note that you cannot make copies of commercial audio CD from within iTunes. If you like to make a backup copy of a commercial audio CD you need one of the 3rd party disk copying application.

One simple application that I recommend is Disco. This is one of the simplest
optical disk burning application available on the Mac. If you purchase a copy you will be able to remove the 7 disk burning limit.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
