DESCRIPTION:
After downloading mail in Outlook Express cannot open URLs in Explorer. Double click the website but nothing happens. When going to same site when in Explorer, everything operates normally. Please advise on settings to check. Many thanks.

Usually, that sort of thing are caused by an internal error.
Please uninstall IE4 and reinstall it from the scratch.
