TICKET ARCHIVE -> Cannot Open Entourage

Hello, I just purchased an IMAC Computer and needed to use the Office, so I deleted the Microsoft Test Drive and later installed a purchased Office MAC. Now when trying to open Entourage, I keep getting this message " This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage".

Hi,
Open a Finder window and browse to your Documents folder and open your Microsoft User Data folder. If you have never used Entourage on this computer then delete the Office 200X Identities folder. That should fix your problem.

Hi,

Thanks for the real quick response. Acutally, after I sent that emal I noticed that I still had a version of the Office 2004 Test Drive lingering around. Once I deleted this, the problem was solved.
