I am having a problem with Claris E-Mailer Lite 1.1v4. When I use the program I am unable to get my E-mail from my ISP. I am able to send mail and use all the other features of the program. I have attempted to reconfigure the preferences, but this does not solve it. All the preference setting seem to be acurate. I use the same internet setup information for both Emailer and Netscape 3.0 and have no problems with Netscape.
Any tips to solving this problem.

What kind of error are you getting from Em@iler Lite? (what does the "Connection Log" say)
Also make sure you have the right info. in preferences -- contact your ISP b/c the server may have changed (for example, it might be
