Vada,

Unfortunately, you have not provided enough information for a tech to effectively help you and try to solve your problem.

Please answer the following questions, and we will see what we can to to help you.

1) What make/model computer? What is the speed of the computer? If its a iBook/Powerbook or iMac please include the screen size. ( You can obtain this information from clicking the Blue Apple Icon in the upper left corner, choosing "About this Mac" and clicking the "More info" button. - This works for OS X not OS 9 - if you need OS 9 instructions, let me know )

2) What OS are you running now. ( This too can be found at the "About This Mac" ) OS 10.x.x ?? OS 9.x.x? )

3) Please give more details about "It will not allow us to enter any games or web pages" ...
a) What sites in particular?
b) What games?
c) Are you trying to play games that were already in the computer and running previously?
d) New game installations?

4) If running OS X, have you tried going to the Apple Menu and choosing "Software Updates" ?

5) By Latest Version - do you mean Tiger 10.4.2? Have you purchased a copy of Tiger OS 10.4.0 or higher? This is a new retail version. All users must purchase Tiger if they want to run it, or purchase a new computer with it already installed. There is no free upgrade to go from OS 10, 10.1.x, 10.2.x or 10.3.x to 10.4.x

--------
*The service is free, so please let us know what is happening even if you get going some other way, we need to know when to close out questions Thanks

Please answer all the previous questions, and we will see what we can do to help you.

For OS instructions on question 1 .....
Click the apple menu in the upper left corner. Under that you should see "System Profiler" Click that, and the next screen will display all the information you need to answer the previous questions. If for some reason "System Profiler" is not there or doesnt work for you, let me know.
