Description:
I just purchased Retrospect Express backup software, and I notice in the Read Me file that my CD-ROM (ATAPI 24 speed
internal) is not supported by the backup software. I haven't had to restore my hard disk, but the initial hard disk backup seemed to work ok. Any ideas?

Thank you for your assistance!

Karl,
My name is Cheryl and I will be helping you. Don't worry about your CD not being supported. What that means is that Retrospect supports (uses) many different media in it's back up program. That is floppy disk, Zip,Jaz, Syquest, or writable CD. Your CD was recogonized but it is not a writable and not supported.

It still will back up your hard drive and that is where your cd driver is. You can rest easy.
If you have any other question, don't hesitate to ask.
Cheryl
