TICKET ARCHIVE -> converting from pdf to jpeg on MacBook

I have a new MacBook Pro and only additional software is iWorks. iWorks can save images as pdf, but is there a way to convert to jpeg or does that require the purchase of additional software?

Preview will handle this conversion simply. Just Save As and choose your desired format.
