Every once in a while all the widgets I have unchecked in the organizer is rechecked. I dont know when or why. As I dont use many of the preinstalled widgets I dont want them active, I feel they're slowing down my computer (but are they really?). How can I make shure they are unchecked until I check them?
Just for checking, you have access to my system profile? Just downloaded this help app. Thanks!

Hi Hakon,
Are you familiar with repairs permissions on your computer?

Well, permission errors can cause really weird things to happen, such as your situation, I would suggest repairing them and seeing if that helps...
Let us know if that doesn't work!

Well, since it has resetted itself only twice or three times since november (when I got Tiger) and i repair permissions more often than that it's hard to say if it's permission error or not. Anyway, I tried to repair permissions to see if that was the cause of the reset, but it wasn't. After a restart it still didn't reset, everything was as I left it. I really have no clue what causes it, but i guess I'll be able to live with it, if the 10.4.4 doesn't fix it.
Is it unbeneficial to repair permissions too often?
Thanks for your help!

It did it again! All of the widgets were turned on. The only abnormality this time was that the disk got completely full. I was downloading a big file. I deleted some files to free more space. No restart or crash. Still don't know if the full disk is the source of the problem, just thought you might want to know
