I recently purchased a MacBook Air. I want to know if there is a way that I can deploy a pre-configured image of OSX (Leopard) onto the MacBook Air or the best possible way to do so? I am able to deploy my images to other MacBooks and Macs (desktop) without any problem through TDM. However, because the MBA does not have firewire it has been a very challenging process to figure out. Is there any way to boot the MBA in TDM? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can supply more information if needed.

Basically what I am trying to do is deploy a pre-configured image of OSX (Leopard) onto my new MacBook Air. This image of Leopard that I have has standard software applications that my company maintains, supports, and uses. I have deployed this image onto many other MacBooks and Mac (desktops) as I mention in my original question. How I do this, is I keep my image of Leopard stored on a Mac Pro desktop with multiple HDDs. For most Mac computers I will TDM into the Mac Pro with the stored image. I then run Disk Utility (Restore option) to deploy my image. I seldom encounter problems doing with with differend Mac computers. At least problems that I cannot resolve myself. However, it has been challenging to figure out how I would deploy my image onto a MacBook Air without the ability to do TDM (Target Disk Mode).
