Hi there,
I had problems with my computer being slow, so I ran the Disk Utility. When I Verified the HD, it could not complete the First Aid process and I got this message:

Volume Header needs minor repair
The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.

What should i do next??
Please advise.

You need to restart from your OS X Install Disc (hold C when restarting; release when gray apple logo appears) and repair disk with Disk Utility on your hard disk from there.

Did Disk Utility succeed in repairing the Volume Header? Have you tried using Disk Utility to Repair Disk Permissions? Also, you might want to try using
Mac Janitor to run the periodic maintenance routines that aren't taking place in the early morning hours if your computer is asleep or shut down.
