Description:
How do I decode downloaded MIME files (mostly ver. 1.0)? I frequently receive such files and have been unable to do anything with them. I've tried Mpack and other freeware/shareware to no avail. Simple text returns the message "file too large for simple text".
As for my applications, I have Clarisworks 5.0 and Wordperfect 3.5.

You can download these MIME decoders at:

First, go to:
http://www.shareware.com/SW/Search/Simple/

By the way, BBEdit Lite (a plain text editor) will open any documents that are too large for SimpleText. You can download BBEdit Lite from
