Several months ago I purchased an iPod shuffle. I don't remember how I did it exactly, but I did somehow manage to purchase some music from iTunes and somehow transfer them to my iPod.

Yesterday I tried to add some more songs from iTunes to my iPod. For some reason, it didn't work. Maybe my iPod is full, but I don't think so. I have about 5 hours of spoken words and 30 or 35 minutes of music.

Is there someone who might be willing to help me by telling me:
How can I delete songs and spoken words from my iPod.
Is there a way for me to know how many megabytes are in use on my iPod.
And last, but most importantly, how do I download songs, etc. onto my iPod? I do have the directions, but I think my problem may be that I can't find the Autofill on the iTunes screen. There is a picture that shows where it's supposed to be on the screen, but I see it on my screen and I don't know what it looks like.

Would someone be willing to help me.

Thanks,
Ragnes

All of the iPod interface in iTunes appears when you click on your connected iPod in the sidebar. Then you can set options like autofill/manual. Sounds like you want manual mode, so you can choose what songs and spoken words are on the iPod at a time and, similarly, remove unwanted items.
