TICKET ARCHIVE -> Dreamweaver 6 will not work with my Mac

I have a new mac, 10.5.1, Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz and I am trying to run Dreamweaver 6. I did not have a problem installing it but when I try to load the program it does not respond and I have to force the program to quit. Any ideas of what the problem could be. I had a problem Adobe Photo Elements 4 for my mac and ended up getting a credit because the problem could not be fixed by Adobe. Hope to hear from someone soon, thanks.

Thank you but the update did not work. I am at a loss as to why the program keeps freezing and will not open.

Have you repaired permissions yet? apps/utilities/disk utility/repair permissions, then restart.

Also, others are having difficulties with DW MX (6) as far as ftp, but not with the entire app:

I'm wondering if Adobe has successfully ported this app to Universal or if it's still running in emulation mode. I think because it's in emulation you are going to have weird errors (Rosetta).

Have you contacted Adobe about this?
