I need it to reinitialize my drive, but the size of it had changed?
I have G4 Silverbulet, was running Panther 10.3.9, I need to reinitialize my drive after crash, have my stuff backed up, but when I tried doing it, my disk size went from 50GB to 32GB. Do you think i need new hard drive? is this one toast or it is just some error that could be fixed?

This usually means that you have the drive jumpered incorrectly. Some hard drives have a jumper setting which limits the drive to 32 GB maximum. This is sometimes known as a clip-setting, or clp. It's only used on PCs, when a motherboard won't work with drives larger than 32GB. This jumper setting is never needed on any Mac.
Take the drive out, so you can check the jumpers. Take all the jumpers off, and insert any that are required for single drive, or master (if you have two drives, and you already have one drive set for master, then set this one for slave.
If you are not sure what the jumpers should be, you can go to the manufacturers web site, and search for jumper settings. These are usually easy to find, and the site will show easy-to-check charts for the correct setting.
I'm not sure what you mean by Silverbulet? The Quicksilver should use these instructions fine. The mirror-drive door models can be set for cable-select on all drives.

You will have to reformat the drive after the jumper settings are corrected.
