TICKET ARCHIVE -> Duplicates In Iphoto

for some reason, many of my photos appear as duplicates- is there any easy way of locating and deleting the duplicataes? I could do it manually but there are very many..

Maybe iPhotoDiet will help you on this task ?

Warning: iPhotoDiet will be usefull to catch those files duplicated when you make a change to a photo in your library — rotate an image or adjust its brightness, for example. If you managed to pull out multiple copies of a photo you've loaded by mistake into iPhoto, iPhoto Diet is no help.

Duplicate Annihilator, a shareware, can track mutliple photos you've imported by mistake.
