Just received ultrasound of new grandson but can't open file. Pc to Mac transfer. Comes as simple text and can't open. I have a g3 power mac with 32 megs RAM and 2.5 gigs available. Any suggestions.

Try opening it with the shareware program GraphicConverter - it recognises over 100 different image formats.
