Hi
I can't seem to find any way to embed fonts into Keynote. The end job will be used on pc machines all over, and I have no way of knowing what fonts they have.

Outside of sending the font files separately, which is probably not a viable option for you, will the presentation need to be edited in any way on any of these destination PCs? You say it's an "end job." If not, you can export the presentation as a PDF to retain the appearance.
Here's an
Apple Discussions thread on the topic. Suggestions include PDF and QuickTime movie, depending on content.

Thank you Ben. I had thought of that, and I could do fancy transitions between slides, but I couldn't do any fancy 'builds' of graphs and stuff, which they want. Seems very disappointing that this facility to embed fonts is not in this product. I have a deep seated dislike of MS products, but in this case, I think I am going to have to go with Powerpoint.
Thank you

Have you confirmed that PowerPoint supports presenting the fancy graphs and builds you/they want in the same way that they would show in Keynote?

Hi again Ben. No I haven't confirmed whether I can do those things in Powerpoint. If I can't, I am going to pass on the project, which is a pity, but pain I do not want.
