Description:
I have a 5400/120 with an ethernet card in the comm slot and it doesn't light up when connected to the network and turned on. Could this signify a problem with the card?

Thanks for stopping by NoWonder!

The light on the back is the link light. It tells you if it can see a physical network. When not lite, it could be a bad cable. It could also be the configuration on the network. What type of network is it? Can either the AppleTalk or TCP/IP control panels see the card?
