When trying to run Fat-32 after rebooting,I get a msg saying my system does not support system hybernate and to update the bios.I went to the Dell website and updated the flash bios but still get this msg

Hi Timothy

System Hybernate is directly related to the Dell propriatary software. You will have to check with Dell to find out what it means.
