How can I change an Illsutrator file into Freehand/? I have only Freehand 10 but I received an Illustrator CS file from oversea.

Howdy!
Looks like Freehand can open native ai files but not illustrator eps files:

You might try having whomever created the illustrator file save it back to "Legacy" format (pre CS like 10, or version 8) and save it as an ai file.

Or have them save as Illustrator EPS version 8 and Freehand can open that (per the second poster on the link I supplied previously).
