PROBLEM: Combination
COMPUTER TYPE: Zeos
MODEL: P100
RAM: 64meg
OS VERSION: Windows 98

DESCRIPTION:

Switched from Windows 95 to 98. Choose to clean / format hard drives (2) 1.1G. each. 98 loaded great... Office 97 loaded great... ISP loaded and works well, IE 4 works well. Quicken loaded but when I attempt to use it, everything freezes. (Have to just turn off computer) Thought maybe Quicken & Win 98 don't like each other so I purchased Money98 loads fine, try to use it and complete freeze. I have loaded other soft ware and get same freeze when I try to use it.
HELP!!!!

I need more info to try to help you.
What version of Quicken are you truing to use? 6.0, 98 or 99??

Here is the reply to your difficulty from Quicken's web site...
" Why does my computer system lockup or freeze when working in the Quicken 98 or Quicken 99 for Windows program?
Summary: Windows -- Quicken 98 or 99 : Why does my computer system lockup or freeze when working in the Quicken 98 or 99 for Windows program? The Quicken program is now open without a data file. Create a new Quicken data file. This will open the Create Quicken File window. This opens the Open Quicken File window. "
