Description:
Trying to print report from Quicken for Mac V5. When I select *Print Report* computer freezes and I get an error msg. Can't even "Force Quit." Installed 8.1 in Feb,98 & "think" I printed a report after that. I have re-installed Quicken, re-built desktop and everything I can think of. Maybe I have to upgrade. Any response appreciated. Thanks...Pat

Hi Patricia, welcome to Nowonder, I'm robertw.
This suggest a conflict with an extension or other app. Do you have any other Apps open when trying to print a report. Do you have the latest driver for your printer. What make and model printer do you have. Have you installed any new programs, extensions or control panels since your last printing?
You can try turning off all extension except OS 8.1 base and Quicken and printer extensions and give it a try. If it prints ok, then you have an extension conflict.
