TICKET ARCHIVE -> Freezes w/Sherlock

Dear tech support,
I recently have had freezes when in the Sherlock search internet on 8.5. I put words to be found in the box and press return. Then I wait for Sherlock to find links. Then I click once to read the summary, then I move on to read more summaries.
This is where the problem occurs: When I want to go to a site and double click within Sherlock my screen freezes. No message appears. It happens all the time. This didn't happen before. I've thrown away some AOL preferences and Find preferences, but it continues to happen.

Hi Charles, welcome to Nowonder, I'm robertw.
Try increasing the memory for Sherlock. I had the same problem and this corrected it.
