I have a normal Microsoft Mouse.
Sometimes, when I move the mouse too fast (I think) or when I point to the top of for instance Outlook Express, the computer hangs.
The same happens rather often when I use the arrow-keys too fast.
Hope you know an answer, thanks in advance.

I would upgrade the mouse drivers from Microsoft. This should get rid of the problem.
