TICKET ARCHIVE -> Hard disk capacity limitation in mac os panther and Classic

i have G4-400Mhz,G4-450Mhz,G4-500Mhz,G4-667Mhz,
G4-733Mhz, all of them are running Default statndard configuration with mac os panther and Classic.

I want to upgrade hard disk drive in all of them,
than what should be maximum hard disk capacity i can put in to above mentioned machines.

pls suggest me

You are limited to 128GB harddisks internally. External harddisks on the FireWire port can be as big as you can get them

The 128GB limit on internal harddisks was eliminalted with the introduction of the PowerMac G4 Quicksilver 2002 in January 2002
