i want to upgrade my hard rive on my macbook, where do i buy a new one, and what kind of compatibility issues might i encounter? i read the guide on how to physically swap the hard drive on the apple site and it looks easy, but is setting up difficult?

Other World Computing is a good company to buy from. They have a good number of drives to choose from.

Once installed, just boot from your OS disc and use Disk Utility to format the drive, then install the system and your software.
