Description:
Dear MacHome Journal,

I need to put together a simple "how to" sheet for someone who is not very computer literate. Is there a way I can print dialogue boxes to use as examples on where to click? Also, where can I find the command key symbol so I can easily put together a list of shortcuts? Lastly, where can I find the font "Cairo" that used to ship with older Macs?

Thank you so much for your time and assistance.

Very truly yours,

Felicia Gassen

Since your post is getting a bit old, I'll take a shot at two of your questions.
You can save a picture of your screen, or part of your screen, as a PICT file. Check out your Apple Guide (Help menu) under Screen for the various options.
You can download a copy of the Cairo font from ZDNet Mac Download at

Just enter Cairo as your search string.
Good luck,
ed
