I did a clean reinstall sometime ago and I lost this application. It is not on my install CD's as I tried . This is an imax special edition around an 03 model. All other apps. are there nessary to play DVD's except this one. CD's play just fine, etc. Other than that this confuser works just fine. My OS is now 10.3.8. , G-3 and 700 mhz. Thanks for any help!

Hi William

High Siera was replaced with the ISO 9660 format. You won't have High Sierra on an OS X system.

Are you having a problem playing DVD's or anything else?

Thanks for the reply. I found iso 9660 where it should be. I can't get the DVD to play either on os 9.2 or 10. Music CD's play just fine and as far as I can tell all other systems are working. I have not had any trouble other than playing DVD's. When I place the DVD in the slot the confuser tries to read it, than after a few seconds it ejects it. I have tried many DVD's but with the same result. I don't know enough about computers to figure this out. Mac support has not been helpful! Maybe I need to move something in applications or extentions? Thanks again for any help!

Do you have Apple's DVD Player in your Applications folder, or anywhere on your drive?

If not, get Pacifixt and use that to extract DVDPlayer from the OS CD and install. You can get pacifist here;

It's $20.00 shareware, but you can use it for free.
