How do I open a BMP e-mailed file? My OS is 7.5.3. The e-mailer uses a PC and has sent a digital photo.

Hi Faith,
Right off the top of my head, there are two software programs that can help you. There's the commerical software MacLink Plus by DataViz (http://www.dataviz.com) that translates many different types (too many to list here) of text and graphic files to another. MacLink is a real workhouse and I probably use it at least once a day. There is also the shareware GraphicConverter (http://www.lemkesoft.de/us_gcabout.html) that concentrates just on converting between different graphic file types.
