How do i configure my wires and stuff so i can connect to the internet through PPPoE using a DSL modem and my Mac Mini?

My name is Cheryl and I will be assisting you, but I need a bit more information. Each ISP has a different set up in order to connect to their modem.
What ISP are you using? What kind of DSL modem do you have?
Generally, connecting from the modem to your computer with an ethernet Cat 5 cable, then setting Network pane (OS X) to Ethernet and DHCP, you should be able to connect without a problem.
