TICKET ARCHIVE -> HP 4315V PRINTER WILL NOT SCAN TO IMAC .

I HAVE JUST INSTALLED LEOPARD AND I CANNOT GET MY HP 4315 TO SCAN TO MY IMAC 10.5.2. AS A MATTER OF FACT IT WILL NOT SCAN ANYTHING. PRINTER AND COPIER WORK FINE. I HAVE REINSTALLED CD FOR PRINTER. I WOULD LIKE TO SCAN PHOTOS FOR A PHOTO ALBUM.

The software on the install CD is probably too old for Leopard.
Go to HP web site, and download the updated software for your printer.
