i need to hook up the scanning feature of my hp 3330 to my mac. any suggestions?

You may not know that your Mac comes with scanning software: Image Capture. You can open it and see if it's compatible with your HP unit. If not, you'll probably need to download and install the software package associated with that product from HP's Web site.
