I cleaned my trackpad because it was dirty with a Clorox wipe and now it doesn't work anymore. Did i ruin the logicboard by doing this? Sometimes it moves a little bit and sometimes it won't move at all. The keyboard still functions and an external mouse will function. It's just the trackpad that's not working. Is there anything that I could try to see if it'll work again? I've had my G3 for about 3 years now and it has been having some driver problems recently.

I think it's not likely that you got the trackpad area too wet, just by using a Clorox wipe. If you push down on the trackpad, can you see any shifting movement, or any gaps around the edge of the trackpad? Does the button still work? Use the mouse to move the cursor, and check to see that clicking on the trackpad button selects or a double-click opens a document or app.
If neither the pad nor the pad button work at all, then you either got the area too wet (give it a few days - maybe this will return to normal), or - more likely - the trackpad connector - under the keyboard - got wet, and you should have this looked at. You do not want any corrosion 'growing' on the logic board.
Come back if you have more questions.

When i push down on the trackpad, it doesn't look like anything moves and the button still works fine. I noticed that the middle of the trackpad is kind of shiny. Is it supposed to be like that? My brother suggested that maybe there's a layer on it that causes it not to work. Is there anything that I could clean it with?

Oh, is it possible that the ammonium in the clorox wipe ruined the trackpad?

I don't think so. It might permanently stain or etch the surface (although that would be unlikely), but would not disturb the operational use.
the middle area of most trackpads gets a shiny look through normal use, nothing at all to do with any cleaning.
You should take your iBook to an Apple Auth. service for a check.
