Do you know if there are any DST patches set for 2008? My ical information is off by an hour

If your computer is correctly setup with DST support and timezone, but iCal is off, go into iCal -> Preferences -> Advanced and either turn on or off "Turn on time zone support" and see if that resolves your issue.
